Top FAQ's

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for 15 years. In that time, we have built up a solid reputation after years of service in the field. We have extensive levels of experience, valuable industry contacts and many references.

What can you offer me that other processors can’t?

We are a small business that handles everything internally. This means that we have total control of the account. That includes underwriting, risk, tech, and customer service.

Why should we work with you?

Our primary goal is to earn your trust and become the last merchant services provider that your business will ever need. We are fully committed to providing the best solutions and support that will help successfully grow and manage your business well into the future. We have industry experience, tailor to many industries, are committed to data security and offer customer support.

How much time for funds to transfer to my account?

It takes about 24-48 hours. When a credit card transaction is completed, the funds are stored in your merchant account. However, the funds ultimately have to be settled in your business bank account. The industry standard for transferring funds to your bank is 24-48 hours.

What fraud protection services do you offer?

We have fraud preventative measures in place. Accepting EMV (better known as the chip card) can vastly reduce card-present fraud due to its numerous security features such as pin entry. If you have an e-commerce site, card-not-present fraud prevention tools such as mandatory entry of card expiration date, AVS (Address Verification System) and CVV or CID (Card Verification Value or Identification) are highly important as they verify the owner and possessor of the credit card being used. These are security standards in payment processing.

Are your payment systems PCI-compliant?

Yes. PCI compliance is not federally mandated. Merchant services providers are not legally obligated to follow the strict security standards set forth by the credit card industry. Our network and equipment are in full compliance and utilize the latest security protocols.

How do you approach PCI compliance?

We are 100% PCI compliant. Any business that handles credit or debit card information is required to maintain PCI DSS compliance. This includes merchants, processors and merchant service providers of various kinds.

Do I have a dedicated support specialist?

Yes. Dealing with payment questions and problems is urgent. Dealing with different people in each situation can be overwhelming, especially in the times you need help the most. Having dedicated support gives you a chance to get to know them and vice versa. You’ll be able to conduct business faster and get the answers/solutions you need.

What are the customer service options?

We have an in house support team that can be reached via email, call and live chat. We solve technical issues efficiently and quickly. We understand that any interruption to your business can cost you a loss of revenue and a loss of time troubleshooting the problem.

How transparent are the reports?

All of our reports are available online. We can show you examples of the reports so you can better understand them. If you can’t understand the fees charged or make sense of the language used, it may be impossible to budget for credit card processing fees.

How long will it take to begin accepting credit card payments?

Typically 2 business days, however there is a lot of variation here. Chances are, if you’re a small business with only one location and a terminal, the process will be a bit quicker. If you’re a larger business with lots of locations and terminals, your ramp-up time may take longer. Also, you may be able to set up payment processing more quickly if you choose a mobile processing application versus a traditional countertop point-of-sale system.

How long is the application process?

We expedite the process to have approval within 2-3 business days.

Will my rates increase if my sales increase?

No, you will be locked in. Credit card processing companies usually charge fees based on your sales volume. The more sales you do, the more your rates may increase, with some providers.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We process all major card brands. We offer Chip/Swipe/Tap, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH and QR code.
